Should Huck Fin Be Taught In CHS

I think tat Huck Fin should be taught in CHS for many reasons. My first reason is because it explains how slaves were treated, it also shows how bad it was down south, and things they said or did back then that are similar to today.
I think it should be taught because it explains how slaves were treated and referred to as for instants when they called Jim “Mrs. Watson big nigga Jim.” This shows how things how things have changed in history and slaves aren’t allowed to refer to people like that.
Another reason is because it shows how things were in New Orleans things were so bad down there that when they when toms owner mentioned selling him to someone down there he ran away. This can also show how slaves were treated it was said in the book that once a slave went down south he didn’t return.
My final reason why I think that hung fin should be taught in CHS is because things in the book are similar t things today. Such as the slang they use words like ain’t, and ma’m. These words were word that UN educated slaves used and even though we are better educated we still use them. Also the way that hucks father abandoned him. There parents abandon many kids probably even way more than back then. The last thing that is the same from today is the way the young kids such as Huck smoke I don’t know about a pipe but im sure that its similar to cigarettes.
So in conclusion I believe that Huck fin should be taught in CHS because they give an insight on the history of slaves, shows how bad it was down south and how things today are similar to things back then.

Philosopy Of Government 2

Dear Readers,
I do not really like this essay i had a hard time undertstanding the main question. but you can still give me your feedback and let me know what you think.

The majority of people think of the constitution as just an old document. But in actuality it helps resolve day-to-day conflicts. Such as in our ideal society Shay got arrested for using freedom of speech. It also helped when we were trying to get bills passed. In addition it helped when trying to impeach president Young.
During an argument between the president and citizen one of the citizens (Shay) said, “Shut of before I blow your house up.” After this statement Shay was thrown in jail and had to stay incarcerated until the Supreme Court viewed her case. Shays Lawyer revealed how the Constitution effectively resolves this conflict by using the first amendment, freedom of speech.
The government also referred to the Constitution when writing a bill. The ideal society was out of order so there was a bill needed to be passed in order to end confusion and drama. The bill stated that if you were under 18 the ichip was illegal for you to have, where as president Young said, “The ichip was mandatory.” The bill passed congress then went to president Young who passed it. It violated the citizens in the ideal society fourth amendment rights.
Lastly our ideal society referred to the constitution when the citizens were trying to impeach president Young. The citizens had no real reason for trying to impeach the president just aversion. So the congress went over and decided it was pointless but if they thought it was necessary there would have been a trail settled by the courts. This is talked about in article one in the amendments.
In conclusion I believe that the constitution is very important and does effectively resolve conflict. In our ideal society it helped us get our citizens out of jail, pass bills, and in trying to impeach president Young. So these are the reasons on why I believe the constitution effectively resolves conflict.

Graduation Of 2011
Do you think that you will be able graduate in 2011? Well I think I will because I have everything it takes I am smart, have good grades, and I set goals and limits for myself. I think that after reading my essay you will have a whole different perspective on statistics. As a young teenage girl with a five month old I will succeed.
First of all being smart has a lot to do with my graduation because if you are not smart how will you get good grades. I get good grades I even got an 86 percent on an unexpected quiz! I also keep my folders, notebooks, binder, and homework organized. Having everything you need for a certain class is also a necessity because without the tools you need you will not be prepared for things you might need to do.
Another reason why I feel I will graduate is because I have great family support. Family support plays a big role in my life because without you are family you will never be able to handle every situation on your own. My family helps me talk things out so I would not be so stressed out. They are also very supportive of my discussions and me and help me with them.
My final reason on my thought of graduating on 2011 is because I have set goals and limits for my self. Some of my goals are to do well in school, earn scholarships and go to law school. Some limits I have set for myself include curfew, study habits, and music. If I do not set limit to these thing I will end up getting all tied up in other things that do not matter and that will not get me anywhere.
In conclusion I believe I will graduate in 2011 because I am smart, have good family support and have set goals and limits for myself. Now that you have read my essay do you have a different perspective on statistics?

Philosopy Of Governerment

Dear readers,
I think my strongest points are my body an my introduction. If I were to grade my essay i would give myself a 4 i really liked this topic and thought it was very important in todays crazy world.

Philosopy Of Government 1

As our fourth president, James Madison, once remarked, “If men were angels, no government would be necessary.” There are several reasons why I believe government is necessary. My first reason on why I think that government is a necessity to provide public services. Another reason why I think that government is necessary is to establish laws and orders. My final reason on why I think that government is necessary is to protect people and keep them under control. Mankind cannot be trusted to be angels, and so we need government to protect us and punish wrongdoing.
I think that government is necessary to provide public services because they provide food stamps to feed families who can't afford food or who has a low income. They also provide cash assistance to help the families get clothing and household necessities. Another thing they do is find families to take care of kids whose parents abandoned them, a process also known as adoption. Another reason is public services provide public transportation for students to travel to and from school and for people who can't afford cars. My final reason on why I think public services is an important part of government being necessary is because they provide social security, for senior citizens, people with disabilities, and for children with deceased parents that cant provide for there children on there on. Despite all the ups and downs of public services, on final thought they do a great job helping people in need.
Government is also necessary because they establish laws and orders. Laws are one of the most useful parts of government because if there weren't any laws, guns would be allowed, kids wouldn't have to go to school, criminals, murderers, and rapist would get away with anything they did wrong, and the world we be full of chaos. Orders are also useful because they keep people under control and they keep the world together. They also make a safer environment for people and kids to live in. They are also made to maintain guidance, structure, and obedience. Although people may feel as though laws and orders are unnecessary, when you really think about it, they are very useful in our today’s economy.
Last but not least, government is a big necessity to protect people. One way government protects people is it sets laws and limits to what people can and can't do. If we could do what we wanted to do there would be so many problems and so much drama because guns and violence would be allowed. They also protect us from terrorist and terrorist attacks some ways they protect are they have armed forces, American troops that are willing to fight for our country and its rights, and many other things to keep the country under protection. Therefore, the government protects us by creating laws and orders, rules, and regulations.
In conclusion, I agree with Thomas Hobbes and disagree with John Locke because I feel as though government is necessary. I feel this way because government provides public services, they establish laws and orders, and they protect people and keep them under control, which makes the world a better place for people to live in.
