Philosopy Of Government 2

Dear Readers,
I do not really like this essay i had a hard time undertstanding the main question. but you can still give me your feedback and let me know what you think.

The majority of people think of the constitution as just an old document. But in actuality it helps resolve day-to-day conflicts. Such as in our ideal society Shay got arrested for using freedom of speech. It also helped when we were trying to get bills passed. In addition it helped when trying to impeach president Young.
During an argument between the president and citizen one of the citizens (Shay) said, “Shut of before I blow your house up.” After this statement Shay was thrown in jail and had to stay incarcerated until the Supreme Court viewed her case. Shays Lawyer revealed how the Constitution effectively resolves this conflict by using the first amendment, freedom of speech.
The government also referred to the Constitution when writing a bill. The ideal society was out of order so there was a bill needed to be passed in order to end confusion and drama. The bill stated that if you were under 18 the ichip was illegal for you to have, where as president Young said, “The ichip was mandatory.” The bill passed congress then went to president Young who passed it. It violated the citizens in the ideal society fourth amendment rights.
Lastly our ideal society referred to the constitution when the citizens were trying to impeach president Young. The citizens had no real reason for trying to impeach the president just aversion. So the congress went over and decided it was pointless but if they thought it was necessary there would have been a trail settled by the courts. This is talked about in article one in the amendments.
In conclusion I believe that the constitution is very important and does effectively resolve conflict. In our ideal society it helped us get our citizens out of jail, pass bills, and in trying to impeach president Young. So these are the reasons on why I believe the constitution effectively resolves conflict.
